throw no babies out

just because a habit is unsavory
it doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t adopt elements of it
take smoking for instance
what a perfect format it has:
every couple of hours you go out and spend a couple of minutes breathing deep in the open air
like doing some corrective stretching
you would do some breath-work sans the cig of course
and then by leaps and bounds
as you learn to regulate your hormonal secretions
the quality of your life improves
