Awareness should be taught at school

Much like coaches and therapists all of us should be attentive interlocutors. An attentive interlocutor listens and by echoing (rephrasing, paraphrasing, linking, compressing and decompressing ideas) helps others articulate and take ownership of their experience in order to let their level of awareness upgrade itself. Lots of curiosity, inquiry and open ended questions are involved within the context of a space that is totally safe and nonjudgmental. Because ’’seeing (through) it’’ is all that it takes. Nothing else matters.
