The problem is not that you go into certain relationships and projects and endeavors and end up messing up. It’s natural. It’s what’s supposed to happen, anyway. The truth fluctuates. There is no constant, no fixed position. The problem is that you take it all too personally. And until you take it personally you will avoid engaging (life) for real. Because you think in terms of hit and miss, of right and wrong, of success and failure, of me and them, of here and there.
